are editable.  You can enter the level also if you

do a level II).  Again, enter whatever you like.

Patient List screen demonstrating the three colors
reflecting the Status:
White: Pending
Gray: Seen/Unbilled
Purple: Billed

Note: The patient 'Angelica' in room 544 has a gray
background indicating 'Seen but not Billed.'
Technically, this patient cannot be
billed as it is a postop (as designated PO). So there
is no reason to make this entry purple (Billed).
On the other hand, the patient @ NBMC in room 121
will need to be flipped to a purple background when
the charge for the daily visit with decision for surgery
(DV-57) has been addressed. How you address it is
up to you. I email the list to my office. My staff are
trained what to look for.
Press 'Edit', top right above, and you can
rearrange patients (press, hold, and drag
on the right) within a hospital, delete
patients (red circle on the left), and change
their status (tap the middle).  The Status
cycles through the three colors. 'Done' when you
are done.
